General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gb66 ("gb66", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at gb66.im. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing any game, or otherwise using any service provided by gb66, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you have a positive balance in your account, you may request a withdrawal before closing, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with withdrawal conditions set out in Section 4 of these Terms.

1.1 Governing Language

1.2 Entire Agreement

Eligibility & Age Requirements

2.2 Age Verification

gb66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable age verification documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or any recognised foreign authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by gb66 may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.3 Parental Controls

gb66 strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of available internet filtering and parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services. gb66 is not responsible for any minor gaining access to the platform through an adult's account. Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by gb66, you must register an account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the gb66 platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through the use of different personal details — is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. gb66 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity and process payments. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gb66 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any device or network that you do not trust for logging into gb66. You agree to notify gb66 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

gb66 will not be held liable for any losses, including gambling losses, resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made through your account will be treated as having been made by you personally, unless you have reported a compromise to gb66 in advance of those transactions.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

gb66 operates a Know Your Customer process as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and financial compliance. You may be required at any time to submit identity verification documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method. The KYC process may be triggered at account opening, prior to any withdrawal, at any point during your account activity, or at the sole discretion of gb66's compliance team. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gb66 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). gb66 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. gb66 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your gb66 account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant Bangladeshi bank.
• gb66 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You must only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposited funds are held in your gb66 account balance and are available for betting and gaming immediately upon credit.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• gb66 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within one business day. Bank transfers may take two to five business days.
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5 before they may be withdrawn.
• gb66 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.3 Failed and Reversed Transactions

In the event that a deposit or withdrawal transaction fails, is declined, or is reversed by the payment provider, you must contact gb66 support at [email protected] with full details of the transaction, including the reference number, amount, date, and payment method used. gb66 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by the systems of third-party payment providers.

Bonus & Promotions

gb66 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. The general bonus rules set out in this section apply to all gb66 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. All bonuses issued by gb66 are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in that offer's individual terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the wagering requirements before accepting any bonus.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new gb66 players making their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, device, and IP address.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

5.4 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

User Obligations

By using the gb66 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations apply to your use of the platform and represent minimum standards of acceptable conduct.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during any KYC process.

• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses gb66 support staff or other users of the platform.

6.2 Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the gb66 platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. gb66 makes no representations as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have satisfied yourself that your use is lawful in your location.

6.3 Responsible Use of Funds

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. You agree to gamble only with funds that you can afford to lose and to exercise personal responsibility in managing your gambling activity. Account Closure

Either you or gb66 may close your account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

7.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

If you wish to close your gb66 account voluntarily, you must contact support at [email protected] with a written request. Before closure is processed, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. gb66 will process a voluntary closure request within a reasonable timeframe after all outstanding verification, withdrawal, and active bonus conditions have been resolved.

7.2 Closure by gb66

gb66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of technical errors.
• The account holder being found to be under 18 years of age.
• A player's request for self-exclusion made under gb66's Responsible Gaming programme.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal requirement.

In the event of closure due to a breach of these Terms, gb66 reserves the right to void any pending or recent bets, forfeit any bonus funds, and withhold any balance pending investigation and resolution of the breach. In cases of confirmed fraud, the full account balance may be forfeited.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the gb66 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly by our support team. 8.1 Platform Availability

gb66 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyber security incidents, or circumstances beyond gb66's reasonable control including, but not limited to, internet service provider outages, natural disasters, power failures, and government actions. gb66 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

8.2 Game Results

All games available on the gb66 platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or are operated by live dealer studios whose integrity is maintained by the respective game providers. gb66 is not responsible for the outcomes of individual games or bets. By participating in any game or betting market, you accept that results are determined by the applicable game mechanics and that no guarantee of winning is implied or expressed.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The gb66 platform integrates third-party services including game providers (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Spribe, and others), payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking partners), and other technology providers. gb66 does not accept liability for any failure, error, delay, or misconduct attributable to any third-party service provider.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless gb66 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your use of the gb66 platform in a manner that causes harm to gb66 or any third party.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated and became effective on 1 January 2026. gb66 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version published on this page supersedes all previous versions.
